1) Non-Disclosure Agreement—NDA

Successful partnerships are built on trust. We prioritize confidentiality and protect your data and project details. Upon signing the NDA, we will thoroughly engage with your project and business goals to ensure a comprehensive understanding.

2) Request for Quote

The RFQ process highlights our competitive advantages and collective capabilities. It allows us to evaluate your information carefully, ensuring we have all the necessary details to create a detailed proposal. We accept file formats such as ProE (prt), IGES (igs), STEP (stp), and Parasolid (x_t). You may also send us samples for thorough evaluation.

3) DFM Analysis

Our engineers will perform a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis on your products. This analysis enables us to develop a practical process plan and provide accurate pricing, ensuring an efficient manufacturing approach.

4) Manufacturing Agreement

The Manufacturing Agreement (MA) clearly defines and documents the legal, commercial, and service level expectations for both parties. By addressing these elements upfront, we eliminate ambiguity and facilitate the timely achievement of project milestones and commercial success.

5) Samples Approval

Before commencing full-scale production, we will create samples of your product for your approval. This stage allows you to assess quality and specifications, ensuring they meet your requirements. Any necessary adjustments can be made at this point to ensure the final product aligns with your expectations.

6) Production

Once the samples are approved, we transition to full-scale production. Our advanced manufacturing processes and rigorous quality control measures guarantee that each product meets the highest standards. Throughout this phase, we maintain open communication, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
